We sell video games, consoles, accessories, and related items, including new and pre-owned products.
Pre-owned items may show signs of normal wear. Any significant defects will be disclosed in the product description.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed. All trade in quotes include postage and final payment will be made VIA Pay ID once the goods have arrived and are in full working condition free of any major cosmetic and functional defects.
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including but not limited to:

• Deciding you no longer want the item
   
• Finding the same item cheaper elsewhere
   
• Ordering the wrong item
   
• Incompatibility with your console or system
   
• Accidental purchases - This includes and is not limited to not being able to play games that are region locked. Please check your region before purchasing games and consoles.
   

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Where a return is approved:

• Proof of purchase is required
   
• Items must be returned within a reasonable time
   
• Where possible, items should be returned in original packaging and original condition the items were purchased

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or events beyond our control.

Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered.
